The Hermle C Series of machining centers offers unparalleled precision and accuracy for individual milling jobs for single-part production to series manufacturing for milling with up to 5 axes.
The C series handles conventional precision tool and mold applications as well as the production of small and medium lots. Hermle is the perfect solution for all applications where power, accuracy, and/or universality are required.

C 42 — The Dynamic Version
This high-dynamics machining center is designed even more consistently for 5-axis/5-side machining. The C 42 offers many features to ensure high-precision, economical parts production. A wide range of automation solutions extends the application range exponentially.

The C 52 offers simultaneous machining of 2000-kg workpieces in 5 axes. Achieving the required precision is a challenge for the machine dynamics. The Machining Center C 52 dynamic with two NC swivelling rotary table versions.

C 60 — The Gigantic Version
This mega-machining center is capable of 5-axis machining :

C 400 — The Job Shop Machine
The Hermle C 400 is a dynamic machining center designed for entry-level 5-axis/5-side machining, packed with features galore to ensure high-precision, economical parts production. Built for daily use, the C400 can be ergonomically adapted to every machine operator for ease of use, simple operation and uncomplicated maintenance. The C400 is equipped with the Heidenhain iTNC 530 control unit for diverse program functions. Hermle simplifies programming still further with comprehensive extra features.
C 250 —Dynamic CNC machining centre for entry into 5-axis / 5-sided machining
Within the Hermle range of models, the C 250 is an entry-level model into the world of 5-axis & 5-sided machining. Nevertheless, the “large” models are in no way inferior. Thanks to the large swivelling range of the workpieces in the working area, the utilization of the complete traverse range and the large collision circle between the table side walls, the C 250 offers the largest working area relative to the installation area.
The C 250 is designed for daily use – maximum user-friendliness thanks to pivotable control panel and minimum table distance from the operator and optimum loading height with option ofloading by crane. When loading by crane, the spindle moves into the magazine and there is completely free access to the working area. This can be loaded without restriction from above to over the centre of the table.
Mill Turn (MT) Series Models
Offering milling and turning in one clamping, the MT series has a fully integrated rotary table that doesn’t interfere with demanding milling processes and 5 axes simultaneously.
